5 Things Worth Adding To Your Christmas List
Something you should know about me is that I am a terrible shopper.
I am the type of person who will think about a purchase for weeks before clicking “place order,” if I even go as far as to do that much. I never buy anything.
For those of you who I have fooled into thinking that I have a good closet (while I am flattered), you clearly have never seen my closet… because it is empty. Thank you Nuuly!
If I recommend you buy something, take it very seriously because I don’t buy things lightly. Some call it cheap, I call it frugal.
5 Things Worth Putting On Your Christmas List
Oura Ring
I had probably followed the Oura Ring’s Instagram account for a year before I got one. Due to its hefty price tag, I brewed over “Do I really need this?” Frankly, I never bit the bullet, I got it as a gift, but it is one of my fav gifts of all time. Dare I say, it lives up to the hype?
I hated my Apple Watch and sold it after two weeks. I did not like having constant notifications to “stand up!” or knowing my bestie completed her activity ring 5 hours before me. Oura is nice because it doesn’t notify you, you check the app on your own time.
A lot of people ask me if knowing my “readiness score” (determined by a lot of factors: sleep, heart rate variability, activity level, cycle, etc.) affects my day. For me, it is eye-opening to learn more about my body and how it affects my energy. If anything, Oura often tells me to take an easy day more than I would have before!
I could ramble on for an entire blog about the Oura ring. Maybe I will another time. Needless to say, add it to your Christmas list. They are $200 off today! Plus, a lot of insurances cover the costs, look into it!

2. A Coffee Frother
Braxton Berrios posted this quote: ‘“This morning with her having coffee.” - when asked for his description of paradise.’ My heart melted into my cappuccino.
My warm, foamed-to-perfection homemade cappuccino, thanks to my Paris Rhone frother. Romanticizing your life starts in the morning with a sexy cup of coffee. A frother is the first step. The warm bubbles cannot be achieved otherwise!
If you are starting small, I recommend the Paris Rhone frother. If this isn’t your first rodeo, the Breville Milk Cafe frother is very nice.
3. A Hatch Alarm Clock
There is no worse way to start your day than the “Radar” Apple alarm sound followed by viewing an email from your boss and an influencer’s morning routine. Jay Shetty once said that getting on your phone first thing in the morning is like inviting hundreds of people into your bedroom right when you wake up.
Let’s stop that cycle by getting a true alarm clock. A slow, gradient sunrise filling your room paired with birds chirping as your alarm sounds a lot nicer.

4. A Nice Suitcase
Your travel day outfit doesn’t matter if it is paired with a 2010 Vera Bradley duffel. Or your dad’s soft black suitcase.
I got a cute luggage set from Sam’s Club before studying abroad and it didn’t make it back in one piece. It is worth investing in quality luggage! Call me Beisic, but I have the Beis Weekender, carry-on, and make-up bag and they haven’t let me down yet.
5. A Huge Mirror
The gift that keeps on givvvviiiiinnggggg with mirror selfies! Standing on a stool to see your outfit is out in 2025.
Any item that makes your day-to-day better or is something you usually wouldn’t purchase for yourself is the best kind of gift if you ask me. My giant mirror fits within that criteria.
It doesn’t have to be $1,000 from Anthropologie to be cute! I got mine from Home Goods, but you can find them anywhere from Amazon and Wayfair to estate sales and vintage shops.
Kudos to you for reading a gift guide vs. watching a TikTok. Send this to those asking for your wishlists before Black Friday for a higher chance of getting what you want 😉 Merry Christmas to the gals, and to the gals, goodnight!
